The determination of the repêchage participants was based on performance in the 2023/24 Nations League. Leaders of groups that were unable to secure a direct position were chosen.

In the playoffs, the teams faced each other in single knockout games, both in the semi-finals and in the final, on March 21st and 26th, 2024. The winners were the last to guarantee a place in Euro 2024.
